FASHION ALTA MODA MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Effective: March 2025

These Membership Terms govern your use of the Fashion Alta Moda (FAM) Subscription Program. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to these Terms and to the Terms and Conditions of Hire.

1. GENERAL MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE
FAM offers exclusive fashion hire memberships under two tiers:

• Tier 1 Membership – $350/month (6-month minimum term)

• Tier 2 Membership – $500/month (12-month minimum term)

2. TIER 1 MEMBERSHIP – $350/MONTH

• Includes 1 designer hire per month valued up to $500

• Access to over 550 curated designer pieces: dresses, suits, tops, pants, and skirts

• Includes 1 styling session every 6 months

• Fit exchange guarantee within 24 hours

• Roll-over allowance: unused rentals roll over for up to 3 months

• 50% off additional rentals within the same month

• Standard 4-day hire period

• Dry cleaning included

• Upgrade options for higher-priced items (e.g. $501–600 = $100 extra)

3. TIER 2 MEMBERSHIP – $500/MONTH

• Includes 1 full outfit per month valued up to $750 (designer piece + accessories)

• Access to over 550 curated pieces including luxury accessories (bags, shoes, jewellery)

• 2 personal styling sessions per year

• New pieces added monthly

• Fit exchange guarantee within 24 hours

• Roll-over allowance: unused rentals roll over for up to 3 months

• 50% off additional rentals within the same month

• Standard 4-day hire period

• Dry cleaning included

• Upgrade options (e.g. $601–700 = $150 extra; $901–1200 = Tier 3 upgrade required)

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT

• Tier 1: $350 refundable deposit

• Tier 2: $500 refundable deposit

• Returned at the end of the membership term if all payments are made on time

• May be used to cover unpaid fees

5. BILLING & ROLLOVERS

• Monthly payments automatically charged to your nominated credit card

• If a payment fails, FAM will retry and may use the deposit if unresolved

• Unused monthly hires roll over for up to 3 months

• Maximum of 3 rolled-over hires may be used in a single month

• Future month hires cannot be accessed in advance

6. UPGRADES & ADD-ONS

• Higher-priced garments can be selected by paying the difference

• Additional rentals: 50% off the standard hire price

• Extended hire: $50 per additional week

• Extra styling sessions: $200 each (includes trying up to 12 garments)

7. PICK-UP & DELIVERY

• Pick-up available from FAM’s Sydney showroom

• Courier delivery and return available at $55 each way

• Returns must be made within the 4-day hire period

8. TRY-ON & FIT EXCHANGES

• If a piece doesn’t fit, return within 24 hours for a swap

• Garments must have tags intact and be in original condition

9. CANCELLATION & TERM

• Tier 1: 6-month locked-in term; Tier 2: 12-month locked-in term

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing 5 days before the next billing date

• All garments must be returned before cancellation is finalised

• Deposits returned if all hire terms and payments were met

10. MEMBER CONDUCT

• Garments are for personal use only

• Members may not lend, resell, alter or misuse garments

• Breach of terms may result in membership cancellation

11. AMENDMENTS FAM may revise these Membership Terms. Updates will be emailed and published on our website. Continued use implies acceptance.
